1. About letters and sounds they learn at preschool:

i)   Encouraging their letter-learning by having them play with letter refrigerator magnets.

ii)  Singing alphabet songs together.

iii) Helping them recognise letters with daily-life objects like Cheerio boxes, etc.

iv) Encouraging them to read at least 2-3 pages of a storybook every day.

v) Asking questions about the book they’re reading to promote their observation skills.

 

2. About numbers and counting they learn at preschool:

i)   Asking them the colour of the car from the books they’re reading.

ii)  Asking about the shapes of the object by pointing it out in the book or picture.
